Parameters
| Parameter | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| author | No | Author of the encyclopedia entry. |
| title | Yes | Title of the encyclopedia entry. |
| encyclopedia | Yes | Name of the encyclopedia. |
| edition | No | Edition information (e.g. "15th ed."). |
| publisher | No | Publisher. |
| year | Yes | Publication year. |
| volume | No | Volume information. Include the leading text (e.g. " Vol. 4."). |
| pages | No | Page numbers. Include the leading text (e.g. " pp. 152–156."). |
| url | No | Online version. Include the leading space (e.g. " Online"). |
| access-date | No | Date accessed. Include the leading text (e.g. " Retrieved 2 July 2026."). |
